Jan is a technical consultant with experience in engineering, regulatory compliance and technical‑commercial support within the infrastructure, energy and industrial sectors.

His professional background includes assignments in Italy, Germany and the United Arab Emirates, where he managed ATEX and IECEx compliance activities, coordinated certification processes and provided advanced engineering support for transformer substations, medium and high‑voltage switchgear, dewatering systems and temporary power solutions. He has served as a primary technical liaison for client engineering teams, overseeing documentation, conformity assessment and communication with stakeholders. 

His academic training in aeronautical engineering, combined with experience in high‑fidelity numerical simulations, contributes to a rigorous and analytical approach to technical problem‑solving. Jan works in Italian, Polish and English.

Lidia supports the studio in the management of international clients, with particular reference to Japan and the broader Asian market. She holds academic qualifications in Oriental Studies with a specialization in Japanese and has completed additional training in Japanese business etiquette.

 Her responsibilities include coordinating communication with overseas partners, organizing client requests, preparing reports and facilitating cross‑cultural interaction between European and Asian stakeholders. 

Her linguistic and intercultural skills strengthen the studio’s ability to support clients requiring structured and reliable communication across different cultural contexts. Lidia works in Italian, Polish, Japanese, English, Korean and French.

The studio collaborates with a network of external consultants with expertise in electrical engineering, ATEX and IECEx certification, port and lifting equipment, renewable‑energy systems and other specialized fields. This structure allows the studio to assemble project‑specific teams capable of addressing complex technical and regulatory requirements while maintaining a high standard of precision and reliability.
